Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Huckleberry Hill is excited to offer wholesale pricing for qualifying vendors. To apply, please review the following terms and visit our wholesale tab to key in your information. Once you receive confirmation that you have been accepted, you will use your log-in information to access the wholesale ordering portal each season. 

1. Minimum Order Quantity:
   We require a minimum opening order quantity of $200 and 3 items per style (not per size) for all wholesale orders and with each preorder. After your initial order, the reorder minimum is $75 with no style requirements. If you use the wholesale portal to purchase without meeting our minimum requirements, your order will be cancelled.
   
   
2. Orders:
   You must log in to your account to see the wholesale pricing. If you accidentally make a retail purchase without logging into your wholesale account, we will not be able to refund you as wholesale. Retail discount codes are not able to be applied within the wholesale portal due to the already heavily discounted wholesale pricing.
   
   
3. Shipping:
   The wholesale customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Seller will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipment. For wholesale accounts we will be charging a flat percentage of 4.5% of you total order.
   
   
4. Returns:
   We ask that you inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of any defects or damages. Returns are only accepted if there are damaged or defective items within that period. We do not accept cancellations after the wholesale order is placed. 
   
   
5. Shortages and/or incorrect items:
   Please let us know immediately if you receive incorrect or missing items and we will do our best to correct your order as soon as possible. 
   
   
6. Resale policy:
   In order to maintain our brand's integrity, we will provide pricing guidelines with each season and we ask that you resell the wholesale items at our suggested retail price or higher (typically due to personalization). We are permitted to terminate a contract if we see a business selling our items at or near wholesale prices. We also ask that you not resell our items on any purging Facebook groups or platforms.
